Tiles Construction and Marble Installation

Tiles and marble were installed to provide a strong, clean, and luxurious finish for floors and wall surfaces.
The first step was surface preparation and leveling. All areas were cleaned and made flat to ensure proper tile bonding.
Tip: A level base prevents tiles from cracking and lifting over time.
Next, layout planning and marking were done to ensure straight lines and balanced patterns.
Tip: Starting from the center of a room gives a more symmetrical finish.
After that, tile adhesive was applied, and tiles and marble were carefully fixed into place.
Tip: Use high-quality adhesive suitable for marble to avoid staining and slipping.
The final step was grouting and polishing to seal joints and enhance the shine of marble surfaces.
Tip: Clean excess grout immediately to maintain a clean and glossy finish.
Stair’s Design and Construction

The staircase was designed to provide safe movement and to enhance the architectural style of the building.
First, design and measurement were carried out to determine the correct height, width, and layout.
Tip: Proper stair design ensures comfort and safety for daily use.
Next, structural construction was done using strong materials to support the weight and traffic.
Tip: Reinforced concrete or steel improves long-term durability.
Then, step finishing and alignment were completed to ensure uniformity.
Tip: Equal step height prevents tripping and improves user safety.
Gypsum Ceiling and Decor
Gypsum ceiling decoration was installed to improve interior appearance and hide electrical services.
The process started with layout marking and framework installation.
Tip: Strong metal frames prevent sagging and cracking.
Gypsum boards were then fixed, followed by joint filling and sanding.
Tip: Smooth joints give a seamless and elegant look.
Finally, decorative designs and painting were applied.
Tip: Choose light colors to make rooms appear larger and brighter.
Tanga Stone Construction

Tanga stone was used to add a natural and premium architectural finish.
First, surface preparation and marking were done.
Tip: Accurate alignment creates a neat and professional stone pattern.
Stones were then cut, fixed with mortar, and grouted.
Tip: Use quality bonding mortar to ensure long-lasting strength.
